Ingevra LLC ("Ingevra", "we", "us") runs this website. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, how we protect it, and how long we keep it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it only to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
What you send through the contact form. Your name, company, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, how you'd like us to reach you, and, if you choose to share them, your budget, timeline, and story.
Basic technical details. Like every website, the server sees your IP address and browser type when you visit. To stop spam, the contact form counts messages per connection for one hour, and it stores a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, not the address itself. Server logs used to keep the site secure are kept for a short time and then deleted.
We don't use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or social media widgets, and we don't buy information about you from anyone.
Cookies
Visitors get one cookie, csrftoken. It's a security cookie that proves a form was sent from this site and not from a forged page. It doesn't track you. Staff who sign in to manage the site also get a sign-in cookie. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
We use what you send only to reply to you, understand what you need, and prepare a quote. We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask for it. We never sell or rent your information.
When you send the form, we get an email telling us a new message arrived. The email doesn't contain your details. Those stay in the website's encrypted database. You also get a confirmation email so you know your message came through.
How we protect it
Your personal details are encrypted before they're saved, and the whole site uses HTTPS so nothing travels in the open. Only people at Ingevra who need it to reply to you can see your message, and signing in to see it requires a password and a second step from an authenticator app.
Who helps run the site
A few trusted companies help run the site. They handle data only to provide their service to us: Amazon Web Services (hosting the website), Google Workspace (email), and Cloudflare (where our domain names are registered). We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are deleted automatically 2 years after you send them. If you become a client, the records we need for the work are kept under our agreement instead.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Email hello@ingevra.com, and we'll respond within 5 days.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
